From the start

Here we go! My workplace is great, I have great friends and I’ve turned my apartment into something I miss when I’m not home. But still I’m not fully satisfied with my situation. I need a hobby project.

I’m gonna learn how to produce music, and I will document my journey. And a lot of crappy posts with really crappy music will be posted here, at least until it’s not that crappy anymore.

In 5th grade I started playing piano and guitar. And I grew up surrounded by music. But when I found graphic design which became my profession I channelized most of my creativity towards that. Leaving basically no creativity left for my own personal time.

My music interest faded into just listening and experience it, which in one way is awesome, but I always felt that there must be more to it. What if I could produce songs that are just as good as the ones I’ve got pumping through my headphones?

So this is the beginning of a time that I hope will be filled with learnings and inspiration. And I decided to write about it as a reminder and motivator to keep pushing myself.
