I am a Berlin-based self-employed software architect with deep experience in B2C and B2B e-commerce. I can join your project and support you on three areas:

As team building is not finished when the contract is signed, I will coach and train the team in all needed areas no matter whether it is technology skills, processual comprehension or your domain specific knowledge.

As an experienced software architect I can draft an overall software design for your requirements. For new projects I usually recommend to start with a lightweight setup which can be evolved into a large-scale IT infrastructure based on collected data and requirements.

Productive development is not only about the actual coding. The cleanest code is pointless when the underlying requirements are weak. So my work starts in establishing a strong product management which is not just writing tickets in Jira but also helping the management team to formulate their vision and to translate it into executable tasks for developers.

In the last years I have seen all kind of successful and failed projects so I can navigate you through the journey of building a great project. I usually recommend to launch an MVP as early as possible and then improve the system in a Continuous Release Process on a daily base. I can setup an agile development process that fits to your company and introduce the right level of governance which enables a full control of time and budget.
