Pomodoro Technique by a Student

Hey,

I am one of the students who implement this technique in my daily routine life and which is really favorable for me. I would like to share my experience with my audience that when we start to do work through planning, it will become a little bit difficult at first. But whenever we show consistency it will become a part of our daily schedule routine.

From the last day, I planned to write thesis work and prepare the lecture for tomorrow, which I have to teach in the absence of my supervisor to my junior batch students.

I turn the cellphone in silent mode and then planned to complete it in 2hours. As in the first of the hour I completed my research work then I reward myself and then moved towards lecture preparation. All of this activity makes me too relax and calm inside my body. I think that I can survive without digital media. After completion of my objective, I turn on my cellphone and receive a lot of messages.

The techniques of Pomodoro becomes really favorable for me to check out my limitations and how I can prioritize my works on all my social circle.

I would like to request to all of the students, businessman to plan all the works through timer using techniques.
